The Stone Lodge plan is designed as a five bedroom, three and half bath home. The two-story living room is grand in size with a wood burning fieldstone fireplace, towering windows and wide plank pine flooring.

The Main Floor Plan begins with a rustic front entranceway incorporated into an air-locked ski/mud room which is also accessed by a side entrance.   Both entrances are protected from the snow and rain by a large wraparound front porch. The ski/mud room is equipped with a washer/dryer closet and lockable owners' ski closet and its tile floor area is spacious for many to prepare to engage the outdoors. The two-story living room is grand in size with its wood burning fieldstone fireplace, towering windows and wide plank pine flooring. The large Kitchen/Dining room is well appointed with hardwood cabinets and granite countertops; its design incorporates the kitchen's functional space with the living and dining space.   Even in the kitchen space, its occupants will not miss any of the family fun.   Finally, the Master Bedroom, located on the first floor, has ample space for a sitting area and boasts a large walk-in closet and large master bath.

The Second Floor Plan is designed with two extra large bedrooms. With ample closet space and windows, these rooms offer spacious accommodations.   To continue Stone Lodge's ambience, the second floor balcony is fashioned with an Adirondack-style log railing.   Carpeting throughout the second floor level adds to the home's warmth and comfort.   In addition to the standard plan, an optional additional bathroom can be added to the second floor.   This additional bathroom will convert both second floor bedrooms into two large independent secondary master bedroom suites with private baths.

The Ground Level Plan has an airy feel.   The large recreation room has ample windows and a sliding glass door that opens to the ground level.   The two bedrooms on this level are perfectly located on each side of the recreation room.   The bathroom is well situated for use by the ground level bedrooms and the recreation room.   In addition to the finished space on the ground level, the Stone Lodge plan contains ample space in the unfinished areas for anything from storage or a ski repair shop to a game room, indoor spa, sauna, mini theater, gym or whatever an owner can dream of to customize their home.

Each homestead lot site at Stone Lodge Road has unique and impressive characteristics.

Some lots boast of a panoramic view to the North, which includes Bromley Mountain.   Such views are available with minimum land clearing and can include the new Stratton snow-making pond.   Spectacular views of the Green Mountains create your rugged mountain homestead experience.
